What is AI-VORTEX?
AI-VORTEX is a German company that builds private AI for businesses. Our platform connects your documents, meetings, calls and data in one sovereign Company Brain, deployed on-premise or in the EU cloud.
Where is my data stored?
Where you decide: in your own data centre (on-premise) or in our EU cloud hosted in Germany. Your documents and conversations are never sent to third-party model providers and never used for training.
How do answers stay accurate?
Company Brain and Ask-Docs use private retrieval (RAG): they find the relevant passages in your own documents first and answer from them. Every answer links back to the exact document and section.
Which file types and tools are supported?
PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, plain text and Markdown, plus scans through OCR. Connectors bring in SharePoint, Google Drive, Confluence, Slack, email and meetings.
Who can see what?
Access follows your organization. Roles and teams decide which sources each person can search, and the AI only answers from what that person is allowed to see.
How long does it take to start?
Most teams start with one product and one department. A first pilot usually runs within a few weeks, depending on deployment and the number of sources.
How is this different from ChatGPT Enterprise?
