Future Tech Fest 2026: How It Went for AI-VORTEX
AI-VORTEX exhibited at Future Tech Fest 2026 in Düsseldorf. A recap of the day at Booth C14, Hall KSH, demoing Company Brain, Ask-Docs, and Telxo to investors and enterprise teams.

A few weeks ago we told you we were heading to Future Tech Fest 2026. On September 10, we were there, Hall KSH, Booth C14, for a full day on the Startups floor at Areal Böhler in Düsseldorf, listed as an official exhibitor on the Startups roster, right alongside addSensors, age ONLINE, and AMTAS. Here's how the day actually went, in photos.

The Scene at Areal Böhler
Areal Böhler is a genuinely impressive venue for this, a converted industrial hall with exposed steel trusses and a glass roof washing daylight over the exhibition floor. By mid-morning the Startups Track was packed: rows of booths, a Green Stage running back-to-back talks, and a steady current of investors, corporate scouts, and founders moving between them.

Our booth sat right off the main aisle, easy to find and hard to miss, with the orange "Your Company Brain" banner catching the light falling in from the roof.

What We Showed
The booth ran five things under one roof: Hub (Company Brain itself), Ask-Docs, Telxo, Planner, and Key-On, connect, understand, decide, on your own data, under your own control. The screen behind us cycled through the "Disconnected Work" problem, every team's knowledge scattered across tools no one fully searches, into "One Shared Brain", the moment all of it becomes one queryable, secure layer instead of five different places to check.

Some stops were a quick look at the screen, others turned into a full walkthrough. One of the longer ones was with a team from Deutsche Telekom, working through how Ask-Docs could sit on top of their internal document sprawl.
Most conversations started the same way: someone stopped for the screen, stayed for the "wait, this runs inside our own infrastructure?" question. That's the part that lands every time, this isn't a hosted assistant with your documents dropped in as context, it's your own Company Brain, on your own terms.
Conversations at the Booth
By early afternoon we had a small crowd at the table more often than not, enterprise operations leads working out whether Ask-Docs could sit inside their existing Microsoft 365 setup, investors asking about deployment models, other founders trading notes on what actually turns a walk-up into a real pipeline conversation.
Not every conversation was enterprise software either. We spent a good stretch talking with the team from Capelli Sport, a reminder that "how do we use AI without losing control of our data" isn't a question limited to IT departments, it comes up in retail and sportswear too.
The pattern from r26 held true here too: nobody in the room is asking whether to use AI anymore. Every serious conversation was about how to do it without losing control of the data, exactly the problem Company Brain exists to solve.
The Team Behind the Booth
None of it runs without the people standing at the table all day, answering the same good questions for the fortieth time with the same energy as the first. Huge thanks to everyone who was on the ground for FTF26.
If you stopped by the booth and want to pick the conversation back up, or if you couldn't make it to Düsseldorf and want to see Company Brain, Ask-Docs, or Telxo for yourself, get in touch with our team. See the full recap on LinkedIn.
